  • What is a Career Accelerator?

    A Career Accelerator is an intensive, flexible professional programme, usually studied part-time over several months, built around three ideas: helping you adapt to a fast-changing job market, augment your capability with the technology reshaping your field, and accelerate your career forward, not just the milestone you're working toward today.

    The curriculum is co-designed and co-created with a world-leading university and industry leaders. Rather than teaching a single skillset, it develops you as a holistic professional across four dimensions: technical, business, human, and personal, each kept current for a job market being reshaped by AI faster than most institutions can adapt.

    You apply what you learn through real projects set by employer partners, get mentored by industry professionals, and work one-to-one with a Career Coach toward a milestone you agree on together, whether that's your first professional role, a career change, or a promotion. You finish with a certificate from the university, and that milestone is guaranteed within 12 months, backed by up to six additional months of coaching if you don't reach it. All of it fits around the life and commitments you already have.

  • Do I need to attend classes at certain times?

    The majority of learning can be completed asynchronously, in your own time. While attendance is strongly recommended, recordings of all live sessions are made available afterwards. During each course (excluding the Employer Project), there is one live class and one live drop-in session per week, each running for one hour within standard working hours.

  • How is the programme delivered?

    The programme is delivered entirely online through a virtual learning environment which is accessible from your computer or smartphone. Your personal Success Manager will be available to offer support and guide you through your learning journey.

  • What are the entry requirements?

    Applicants should have a relevant undergraduate degree or 1–2 years of relevant work experience. All applicants must meet English language proficiency requirements and speak with an Enrolment Advisor to confirm their fit for the programme. If you're coming from a non-marketing background, a short Foundations Course is available to ensure you're fully prepared before the Career Accelerator begins.

  • What if I don't have experience in marketing?

    Many learners join the programme from non-marketing backgrounds and go on to succeed.

    If you're new to marketing, you'll complete the Foundations Course before the programme begins. Across 12.5 hours of structured learning, you'll build the core concepts, frameworks and digital marketing fundamentals needed to engage confidently with the Career Accelerator.

    The course concludes with a graded assessment that you'll need to pass to progress, but it's designed to be achievable, and it's all part of making sure you're set up for success from the start.

  • What is the role of the industry and employer partners?

    These partners add industry experience to coursework development, share tech expertise and play a direct role in the six-week Employer Project. Through their insight into the ever-changing landscape in the digital economy, they ensure you develop skills aligned to current workplace demand, offer exposure to networks and ensure the skills you graduate with are the ones employers are actively hiring for.
